MommyMundo's Moms On The Floor 2013 First Segment: Babies and Infants

Hello mommies! Have you been to any of the previous MOTF events or any of the MOTF segments last saturday? Well, obviously, babe and I, along with mom and dad and hubby (yes, it's a family bonding time event) decided to crashed it although we arrived late. So much for being late up to like 3am because babe got snuffles. This was taken the night before the event...

We did hesitated to come, but after a half cup of hot water + honey and himpraying to be well and I, whispering to him get well tonight because tomorrow we're gonna partayyy! - and so he did. Good job baby!

It's better to be late than never... so finally, we arrived at the 38th floor, The Loft of Manansala Towers - here we confirm our reservation at the Registration booth...

They were in the middle of playing! We rushed our way through and let my babe enjoy the bubbles, sing songs and play below the parachute to end the game - and when I meant rush it means no time to snap a picture or two.

Moms, dads and babes are having a blast. After partayying - I meant playing- we sat down and listen to our guest speaker (a pediatrician)

Several raffle draws are inserted on each talk, and guess what? I'm the last to win - a pack of Quacker Oats Cookies! :) For sure babe will get his hands all over it and will never stop until he eats it all! :PDSC00493
After awhile, Ma'am Rome taught us the importance of massaging our infants and how to correctly do it and make it a quality time...

We ended the program with calm babies, mine actually snoozed his way out breastfeeding style! :P

When Letting Go is The Only Way

There is time to hold on and time to let go. There are things we should keep and things to give away.

The hardest part of dealing with death is that you have to let go of whatever you had - that string of relationship suddenly cut - with that someone whether you are ready or not. The two-way traffic became one way street - like you see things going on outside while watching it inside a glass room - you'll never hear the answers if you got questions, approval of your decisions, confirmations to your affection. Things are left unsaid, questions hanging...

I will just forever wonder about us. We were not close or far apart. We were not hot, not even cold. We're just there, like together but not deeply attached to each other, and I will now forever wonder what if we were more.

I love you Nay. You may not felt it - but I had faith you knew about it. The fact still remains, you have a special place in my heart. Now that you're gone, your place is like wounded and by letting you go, it'll leave that place hollowed and scarred. Like a mark - a tattoo.

Timezone Train

One of baby's most mall anticipated rides was the Timezone Train located at the new wing of Metro Gaisano Market! Market! :)

image

This mini little tiny train (hihi) is so cute! Even adults especially foreigners ride it! 35php per person with infants (not yet walking) free! It circles the new wing until it reaches its station in approximately 3minutes or less depending on the driver's pace and the crowd. :)

This was his first train ride - look at his excited face!

and this was his ride yesterday!

The train is complete with the train "honk"...

without rail tracks instead it has small wheels :)

Timezone is one of our favorite hangouts inside the mall!

Check out babe's different rides!

Look mom, no shoes! hihi

He hates putting his socks and shoes when he was less than a year. Thank goodness he loves his shoes now that he is 1year 4months, unfortunately though, he still hate having blankets around and on top of him even if our room is freaking cold!

He so can't wait to ride again!
Up next, babe's first Enchated Kingdom experience! :D
