Italianni’s recreates well-loved Filipino breakfast dishes with an Italian flair such as the Crispy Pancetta Bacon, thin crispy strips of pork belly served with fried rice and sunny side-ups; and Primera Tapa, premium tenderloin beef slices cured in old-style tapa marinade served with adobo fried rice and scrambled egg on top.
